Say aloud:
"This breath,
fills me with calm."
(Take a deep breath, hold, release)
Say aloud:
"This breath,
fills me with peace."
(Take a deep breath, hold, release)
Say aloud:
"This breath,
pushes back all urgencies."
(Exhale, blow as though pushing things away)
Say aloud:
This breath,
disburses."
(Exhale as though blowing bits of this and that of wedding processes and stresses further away)
Say aloud:
"My next deep breath is rebirth."
(Breathe naturally, eyes softly closed with only a hazy bit of light visible if at all. When you are ready take on full deep breath, release)
Say aloud:
"Rebirth, a bit today and everyday
unti [on ...date...] I am no longer
preparing for a wedding,
but simply a radiant, beloved, and loving
[bride...groom.../partner....parent of the.......]
